Bush flubs again...

The best part of this clip is the audience laughing at, not with, Dubya. At that point, he should have taken the hint and stopped talking, but he kept going.

When I was in junior high, I had a history teacher who would check that we did our homework, not collection our answers to the textbook questions, but rather by just going around the room and glancing at our notebooks to see that we wrote SOMETHING down. Therefore, my standard practice was to "answer" the questions by simply re-wording the question over and over again. At a glance, all the key phrases appeared to be there, so the teacher simply checked my work off as "done", as he passed by.

This technique, however, is not recommended in oral discussions, when you're the LEADER OF THE FREAKIN' FREE WORLD.
