Here's a cool and silly application of artificial intelligence. Play 20 Questions against a computer. Everything the computer knows has been learned by players' responses. I've tested out "A Hubcap", "Cyberspace", "a Dream", and "Chives". It didn't get them all in 20 questions, but it got them all eventually.
