Where did ya leave the keys?
From Cheney's speech:
"Tonight, uranium, centrifuges, and plans for nuclear weapons that were once hidden in Libya are locked up and stored away in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, never again to be a danger to Americans."
It doesn't take much reading between the lines to figure out where to go if you happen to be looking for uranium, centrifuges, or plans for nuclear weapons.
"Never again to be a danger to Americans"... "except for those poor souls in Oak Ridge, TN who couldn't prevent the construction of a containment facility in their backyard."
